This is one of the most complete colon cleansing programmes we have ever found. It may seems expensive, but if you add the necessary items even from another source, it will add up to the same or more cost-wise. Very few colon cleansers have a built in parasite cleanser, which is the one element that will make the cleanse work much better. The research we have done shows that a parasite cleanse should be done first, before any colon cleanse. So if this programme says you can do it as part of the cleanse, then it's actually better than not at all. Probiotics are also often not included in a cleansing programme, as again, it increases the cost. But the digestive tract needs healthy bacteria to function properley. If the friendly flora are not replenished, then you could have severe digestion problems further down the road. Included are instructions for the 1-60 day programme and what to take, and when.
